  • Health promoting effects of dietary factors on Immunomodulation: (1) Effects of diets on autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis, etc. in murine models; (2) Effects of diets on allergic diseases such as asthma and allergic rhinitis, etc. in murine models; (3) Effects of diets on immunodysregulation-related chronic diseases, such as metabolic syndrome, in murine models.
  • Folate-related studies: (1) Folate status in Taiwan; (2) Folate contents in food; (3) Effects of folate on immune modulations.
  • Screening systems for dietary factors exerting health promoting effects, especially by (1) anti-inflammatory; (2) immunomodulation
