研究焦點


  1. 紅麴發酵產物各種保健功效之研究,包括代謝症候群相關之血壓調節、血脂調節、血糖調節、肥胖預防;延緩衰老相關之阿茲海默症記憶學習能力改善、巴金氏症相關之記憶學習能力改善、血管性失智症相關之記憶學習能力改善;抗憂鬱;預防骨質酥鬆;肺癌及口腔癌之輔助治療等。
  2. 乳酸菌發酵產物各種保健功效之研究,包括代謝症候群相關之血壓調節、血脂調節、肥胖預防;預防骨質酥鬆;腸道菌相改善;預防胃黏膜損;預防酒精性肝損傷;免疫及抗過敏等。
